87 West will be hosting a very special wine tasting with Kathy Benziger, the owner of Benziger Winery in California.  We will be featuring 5 wines from the Benziger collection.  Each wine will be paired with a carefully select food accompaniment from Chef Jonathan Guest.

Bethel Heights Pinot Gris paired with Malasian wings, tapioca rice flour breading and a piquillo pepper sauce

Rex Hill Chardonnay served with a Thai melon salad, candied citrus, lime, cilantro, and a champagne ginger vinaigrette

Penner-Ash Rubeo Red paired with Chorizo & lamb sliders, honey dijon onions, blue cheese, and a sweet potato salad

Bethel Heights Pinot Noir served with Jonathan's Smores, housemade marshmallows and grahams, smokey ice cream with dark chocolate
